how do I book an appointment?
There is an online booking system where you can have total control over your own appointments. The link is in the header on every page, and on the contact page. You can request a particular therapist, see current special offers and book up to 3 months ahead in advance. Alternatively
you can direct message or text to book. When you book with Beauty By Kristy you are agreeing to the terms of our policies.
what are the terms to your policies?
To ensure all appointments are attended I send out email reminders 48 hours prior to your visit. If you are no longer able to attend at least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel the appointment. Failure to comply will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost and further treatments will not be booked until this is received. No shows and late cancellations will lose their prepayment.
Please be courteous to the salon and other clients that are waiting for an appointment and give as much notice as possible.
do I need a patch test?
For certain treatments patch testing 24/48 hours prior to specific treatments is compulsory. This can be arranged by visiting the salon during our opening hours and letting us know before hand when you will be visiting for a patch test. This policy applies even if you have had patch tests elsewhere, and needs to be repeated by us every 6 months. Patch testing for eyelash extensions is not a requirement but can be requested for highly allergic and sensitive people.
Can I bring my baby, child or friend to an appointment?
We regret to enforce a no children policy inside the salon. Children are welcome to wait downstairs in the waiting area but cannot come into the treatment rooms as it is unsafe for them and there is no room. Due to health and safety regulations and our salon insurance please ensure you make arrangements for childcare when you have an appointment with us.
As a salon we want to ensure that both you and other clients receiving treatments are to the highest standard in the most relaxed environment possible. If on arrival to the salon you have children with you that cannot be left unsupervised downstairs, your appointment will be cancelled but you will still be charged.
(Nursing newborns may be bought to the salon)

do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do! A perfect gift for all occasions, gift vouchers are available to purchase in the salon for any amount or treatment. They can also be purchased online through the book now button at the top of this page.
They are only valid until their expiry date written on them - expiry dates may vary with seasonal offers. Gift voucher booked treatments are subject to our usual booking and cancellation policy. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If a voucher is lost it cannot be replaced. Damaged and altered vouchers will not be accepted.
